In October 2024, Birdie welcomed five babies sired by the lovely Sol from Glenmave Kennels (Can & Aust Ch Oryxes Heart and Soul for Glenmave (Imp Can).

Sol was imported from Oryxes Tollers in Canada in 2023, and his owner describes him as "the happiest Toller boy you could ever meet, cruising through everything we throw at him, and he has settled in to his life here in Australia without missing a beat."

Sol is both a Canadian and Australian Show Champion. He was awarded Reserve Challenge Dog at the 2024 Royal Melbourne Show, as well as Intermediate in Show and Best Head at the 2024 Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club of Victoria Specialty.

We were very pleased with this litter. All of the puppies were smart, confident and affectionate with lovely structure and beautiful heads.

From this litter we kept Cookie (Tidelands Chips Ahoy) and we’re hopeful she will be a part of our breeding program in the future.
